Can I ride on account?
Yes.
How far ahead can I book?
You can book online, day and night, anywhere in the Netherlands. For a late booking a driver is assigned within a few minutes. If nobody is free, the booking is cancelled at no charge.
Can I book by phone?
Yes. Call +31 20 210 1851. That is the same number as on the contact page and in the footer. WhatsApp uses it too.
Can I book a luxury car?
Yes. On the vehicle step the choices are Sedan and Minivan. For a finer car, add Premium Service on the extras step. That is a V-Class for €35, with leather seats, air conditioning, WiFi, and water.
How do I book a return?
On the first step, set Transfer type to Return (new ride). Then choose the return date and the return time. Both rides go in one booking.
Can I stop at another address?
Yes. On the first step, use the plus beside Pickup location. The extra address is called Waypoint. Leave extra time on the way to the airport.
How much luggage can I bring?
Tell us when you book, and the right vehicle follows. More luggage than stated can mean an extra charge.
