How far ahead can I book?
You can book online, day and night, anywhere in the Netherlands. In busy periods it is better to book ahead. For a late booking a driver is assigned within a few minutes.
Can I book by phone?
Yes. Call +31 20 210 1851. That is the same number as on the contact page and in the footer. WhatsApp uses it too.
Do you have a taxibus?
Yes. Up to seven people can ride together, and the same vehicles are used when there is a lot of luggage. For more than seven, call +31 20 210 1851.
How do I give my flight number?
Add the flight number in the comment while you book. The driver watches the flight. After you land, the driver contacts you 30 minutes later with where to meet. Waiting is free for 90 minutes after landing. After that, extra waiting fees apply. If the number is missing, send it by phone or WhatsApp on +31 20 210 1851.
Can I stop at another address?
Yes. On the first step, use the plus beside Pickup location. The extra address is called Waypoint. For a ride to the airport, leave extra time so a delay on the way does not make you late.
Can you collect me at the airport?
Yes. Enter the time you want to be collected, not the time the flight lands. Put the flight number in the comment so the driver can follow a delay. Waiting is free for 90 minutes after landing.
Why does a Schiphol booking show Evert van de Beekstraat?
Evert van de Beekstraat 202 is the official address of Schiphol. The driver still drops you at the departure hall you choose, and collections are at the airport itself.
How much does a Schiphol transfer cost?
A transfer between Schiphol and Amsterdam starts from €85 for the car and the bus. Amstelveen is €50 for the car and €60 for the bus. Hoofddorp is the same. Schiphol and the IJmuiden cruise terminal are €90, Schiphol and Zaandam are €90, and Schiphol and Rotterdam are €220. Diemen and Duivendrecht are €85. Amsterdam and IJmuiden are €130. Amsterdam and the Rotterdam cruise terminal are €240. Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Amsterdam are €200. These fares apply in both directions. The booking form shows the exact fare. Can I book a luxury vehicle?
Yes. On the vehicle step the choices are Sedan and Minivan. For a finer car, for a business trip or a special occasion, add Premium Service on the extras step. That is a V-Class for €35, with leather seats, air conditioning, WiFi, and water.
Can I hire a driver for several hours or a day?
Yes. For several hours or a full day, ask us via the contact page and we will quote it. Set tours, starting and ending in Amsterdam, are on the tours page with their starting prices.
Do you offer a meet and greet at Schiphol?
Yes. When the ride starts or ends at Schiphol, choose one option in the form: Schiphol Meeting Sign (arrival) for €20, or the departures hall. The driver with the sign meets you inside, at the arrivals hall or the meeting point, with a tablet showing your name, and helps with the luggage. After you land, the driver also contacts you 30 minutes later. Waiting is free for 90 minutes after landing.
What is the best way from Schiphol to Amsterdam?
The train to Amsterdam Centraal takes about 15 to 20 minutes and costs about €5 to €6. A taxi from the official rank is metered, often about €60 to €95 to the centre. A private transfer with us is a fixed fare from €85, door to door. The train and rank figures are a guide, not our fares.
